  • 化学遗传学是一种用于选择性操控细胞信号传导的技术。它通过基因工程改造细胞膜上的受体,使其仅对特定的外源化学物质产生响应。经过改造的受体在被这些原本惰性的外源分子激活后,能够驱动细胞内源性G蛋白信号通路的传导。DREADDs(Designer Receptors Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs,即设计性受体仅由设计性药物激活)是目前最常用的化学遗传学受体,并且在神经科学等多个研究领域得到了广泛的应用。
